Time to fix this crap.....Instructions are given below!!
Instructions:

Go to Control Panel and click on Clock,Language and Region Settings

Click on Set Time
#3
Click on Change date and time button to set proper time
#4
Set Real-time and apply the setting by clicking Apply or Ok button.
Disconnect and reconnect your connection to surf internet without SSL error.
